Ingredients:
125gm butter (room temperature)
100gm brown sugar
80gm castor sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
300gm plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 to 1 cup fresh milk
1 cup of strawberry yogurt (140gm)
Fresh strawberries cut into desired small pieces
Method:
1) Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
2) Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla essence. Beat until well mixed. Add in yogurt and mix well.
3) Add in flour and mix well.Add in milk and fresh strawberries and mix well.
4) Spoon mixture into muffin cups and bake for 25 to 27 minutes until golden brown.
