Kung Po Cuttle Fish

I made a mistake during scoring the cuttlefish. I scored the inner part instead of the outer part which resulted the cuttle fish won't curl up. Hehe..paiseh... Anyway here are the ingredients:

Brown sotong (cuttlefish) 2 nos (small)
Onion 1 nos
Dried Chilies 20 pcs, soak with hot water, cut into 3 pcs
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 5 tbsp
Black vinegar 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Light soya sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Chinese wine (Fa Tiu) 1 tbsp
Water
Oil

Method:
1) Use oil to fry the dried chilies and garlic paste, add in the cuttlefish and onions and stir fry.
2) Add in the remaining ingredients and pour in some water. Simmer until the cuttlefish is cooked.
