This round I'm using a 20 liter pail for my garbage enzyme. And the dregs are mainly from the leftover from pineapple enzyme, oranges peels, other fruits peels and some lemons. So, this is a fruity garbage enzyme. The ingredients for the enzyme:
10 liter water
3kg fruit dregs
1kg brown sugar
