My dragon fruit enzyme is 2 weeks old and is ready to harvest. This is what I get from 2 fruits. Use a strainer to filter the juices. As for the balance fruits I buried them in the soil at my garden. Not really juicy huh? Friends said if I use honey then I will get more juices. So my next enzyme will be pineapple with honey and lemon. Still waiting for my pineapple to be more ripe before I cut them. Probably tomorrow or the day after. The taste of this dragon fruit enzyme is very refreshing, with a very little bit of alcohol traces in its sweetness. Store the enzyme in the fridge and dilute a few tablespoon with water whenever desired.
