Garbage Enzyme ~ First Batch

I have been collecting the garbage for the past one week. For the first trial, I'm using a 5 kg cooking coil container. The garbage that I saved is mainly fruit skins such as orange, apple, banana and mango peel. I also put in one whole lemon. There are only 4 ingredients to make this enzyme that is an air tight plastic container, fruit or vege dregs, water and brown sugar. The ratio for these are:

1) 10 part of water (depends on your container, only fill 60% of the container)
2) 1 part of brown sugar
3) 3 part of vege or fruit dregs (fill up to 80% full of the container)

Example: 10 litres of water : 1 kg of brown sugar : 3 kg of fruit dregs

In my case, I need 3.5 kg of water, 1 kg of fruit dregs and 350gm of brown sugar.

Step 1: Fill water into the container
Step 2: Add in the brown sugar
Step 3: Follow by the fruit or vege dregs
step 4: Close tight. Open daily to release gases for the first month.

Note:
Do not use glass or metal containers that cannot expand.
Push the floating garbage downward every once in a while.
Place at cool, dry and well ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight.
Let ferment for at least 3 months before use.

Whole process completed.

See the gases that started to release just one day after.

P.S. will share the usage later on. So keep visiting ya...
